The Friday night dinner is an evening off and dinner is not included.

What does each day consist of:

Wednesday April 30th - Arrive, Settle in and Welcome Drinks then Dinner.
Thursday May 1st Full day Intensive and activities
Friday May 2nd and Saturday May 3rd are a half day plus electives if chosen
Sunday May 4th- All In Breakfast and Commissioning.

What is the venue address?

Is there a dress code?
Now, we are in Surfers Paradise, light shirts, pants and dresses, maybe dress up for the evenings. Be comfortable but respectful.
Can I bring a guest?
Absolutely! Bring your business partner, spouse, friend and /or children.
Are meals provided during the event?
Packages include 3 dinners (1 is a find a group and meet up on your own), morning tea and lunch and afternoon tea. Breakfasts included for people staying at the resort . email [email protected] for a questions. All families and teams are invited to join the Welcome Dinner and Drinks on the first night.

QT is between 2 airports
Gold Coast OOL- 45 min drive or 60 min Bus and Tram
Brisbane BNE- 1hr 15min drive or 2hr skytrain and tram

What is the age when paying children rates?
In travel terms, children are strictly considered to be 12 years old and under at the time of travel. If a child turns 13 during the trip, they will be classified as an adult for billing purposes.
