Non Attending Guests are welcome to join us for lunch, Breakfast is only included for those staying at the Pullman Bunker Bay Resort

If additional days are purchased, they include Breakfast but no other meals. Drinks Included for the Opening Dinner and Networking

Minimum or 1 Conference Delegate per Apartment. No child minding is provided by Action & Intent or Pullman Bunker Bay

Booking your spot with Deposit and Rooms will be allocated based off your order on Confirmation you will be invoiced for the remaining balance of your stay and due by date specified

Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. Guests 12 and Under stay free- max of 2 claimable and only in 2 room apartments

What does each day consist of:

  • Oct 21st - Arrive, Settle in and Welcome Drinks then Dinner.

  • Oct 22nd & 24th Full day Intensive and activities 

  • Thursday Oct 23th is a half day as there is an optional tour available for purchase

  • Oct 25th All In Breakfast and Commissioning.

What is the venue address?

The event will be held at Pullman Bunker Bay Resort- 42 Bunker Bay Road, off Cape Naturaliste Road, 6281 Naturaliste, Australia Map location can be found here

Is there a dress code? 

No, we are in paradise, light shirts, pants and dresses, maybe dress up for the evenings. Be comfortable but respectful.

Can I bring a guest?

Absolutely! Bring your business partner, spouse, friend and /or children.

Are meals provided during the event?

Packages include 3 dinners (1 is a find a group and meet up on your own), morning tea and lunch and afternoon tea. If members are traveling with partners and families Pullman Bunker Bay and the Town have multiple outlets to enjoy meals. Breakfasts included f or people staying at the resort . email [email protected] for a questions.  All families and teams are invited to join the Welcome Dinner and Drinks on the first night.

What accommodation options are available at the hotel?

Packages are priced on 1 & 2 Bedroom villas. We cannot guarantee room allocation other than who you share with if requested. 

How far away is the accommodation from the airport?

Pullman Bunker Bay Resort is 10 min drive from Dunsborough town.

40 min drive or Uber from Busselton/Margaret River Airport (BQB)

3 hour drive from Perth Domestic Airport (PER)

What is the age when paying children rates?

In travel terms, children are strictly considered to be 12 years old and under at the time of travel. If a child turns 13 during the trip, they will be classified as an adult for billing purposes.
